That is the sound one would expect to hear outside.

The sound of the songbirds enjoying the rays of Springtime sun.

Spring is always seen as a time of renewal after a long, dreary, sleepy winter. Such as our dachshund, Scooby, likes to enjoy.

But somehow, all of a sudden, "everyone" has discovered twitter. Perhaps some popular tv personalities have started "twittering".
