Blackened Striper

just wish I had caught some... but nonetheless... good recipe:

Blackened Striper.

Spice rub:
2 TBS paprika
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano


coat fish in melted butter
sprinkle spice mixture over fish
cook on VERY high heat til blackened in cast iron pan
