Clamming 2021

In the semi-post-covid world, well even in the covid world of 2020, getting out on the bay is great. Especially when getting something for the table is involved.

My friend Pat and I got out on a day when the Heat Index on the mainland was well over 100F and the South Jersey Native Bird: the "Green Head", is in full breeding form... females taking nasty bites out of anything that moves.



Before we actually got out on the water, Pat's Yamaha FX had been damaged.... the flow director is only a hard plastic cuff that was damaged by a landscaper at his storage area


Once a temporary repair was made, we got out and endured for a short while before heat exhaustion caught up with either of us
