hook looks to be a 1/0 tarpon hook

spirit river eyes/dumbbells
tan craft fur "tail"- matchstick style
tan diamond braid "flash"
hot orange silly legs/black speckle - fold in half/cut the bottom, fold in half again, cut the bottom; use 3 of the 4 legs; legs around thread, slide down thread and cinch down. wind up the shank, repeat
with next "leg", wrap up, put in legs.
flip fly over and wrap diamond braid up, but go "around" the legs, not through.
tie off braid in front of eyes.
orange calftail for bottom wind. again, matchstick thickness clump; emulates egg sacks
could use ep fiber or similar orange; trim in front of eyes.
top wing: like a crazy charlie; can use underfur or similar; but can use tan craft fur on top;
not too heavy;
tie down smooth in front of eyes
then tie in pearl flashabou; about aan inch; tied sticking out in front of eye, wrap then
pull over and lay it over top wing; create a smooth head in front of eyes.
whip finish;
