Clearly, age induces an ever increasing sense of “pace” to life, where things seem to go by so much more quickly, since we judge time by how long we’ve lived. Don’t we?

This has been an unusual fall, with a year on pace to tie or beat historical records for warmest on record.

Covid-19 has impacted every area of our life, except for being outdoors. Birds apparently don’t have to social distance, or perhaps they social distance by habit. Nevertheless, they aren’t given restrictions on how many can be in a pond, whether they can swim, nor told to wear masks.
